Construction Management

  • Overseeing the construction process – acting as a liaison between owner, architect and general contractor; maintaining schedules, punch lists and managing the project schedule to promote timely project completion.

  • Supervising general contractors and sub-contractors to assure compliance to with architects’ drawings and specifications.

  • Reviewing construction drawing submittals for paper completion and accuracy.

  • Inspecting all materials delivered on site to make certain of quality and compliance to specifications.

  • Visiting manufacturers to verify product quality and production timelines.

  • Reviewing all shop drawings, revised architectural details, submittals, requests for information and change orders.

  • Conducting weekly meetings and site inspections with the architects, general contractors and sub-contractors.
