We understand how difficult it is to build in Los Cabos especially if you don’t speak Spanish and live outside the country. For this reason, we provide “one point of accountability” during the entire building process. We do this by being in constant communication and by being directly accessible to you at all times.

At Prestige Homes, we will coordinate the creation of your luxury home from the first shovel in the ground to your complete move in. We orchestrate all the resources that are required including; real estate transactions, building permits, architects, engineers, panel construction, plumbing and electrical installations, tile and stone materials, audio/visual systems, roofing, interior design and furnishings, landscaping, pool building and any other aspects needed to create your new home.
